ADAM VETERE
Award-winning Garden Designer Berkshire
Adam Vetere is an award-winning garden designer in Berkshire, with a unique background in horticulture, graphic design training, practical landscaping and business design. His innovative and inspirational designs led to him winning two Best in Houzz awards for Design and Service in 2020. Adam graduated from the London College of Garden Design in 2019, and has worked on projects of varying sizes, from small town house gardens to large multi acre schemes for large country homes, all of which he executes with equal passion for the unique challenges that they bring.
Innovative Design
“I’ve designed gardens both large and small, town or country, drawing upon inspiration from the four corners of the world, utilising my passion for plants and inspirational design.”
Adam created his first designs in the early 1990s, at a reputable landscape design and construction company. He became an accomplished landscape designer over the years he spent there, putting his extensive graphical design training to good use.
By building and creating designs which were both visionary and practical, Adam gained a greater understanding of the practical and budgetary limits of the materials and the time needed to implement a design scheme.
Adam later had a subtle change of career into business and financial design, taking on a role where the need for design and the future were key concerns. He faced questions such as: how will the business grow, how will it develop, how will it succeed in a particular environment? These are all the fundamentals that a great garden designer needs to understand, with the climate, the plants, their positioning and their companions.
